FORMER STUDENTS - EXPEDITED
ORDERS

TRANSCRIPTS
学生 who are unable to order transcripts online, or who do not need expedited services, may print and return our 记录请求 Form. This form is for transcripts mailed first-class through the United States Postal Service. 邮寄成绩单是不收费的。 Tracking is not available.

If you will be sending someone to the 司法常务官办公室 to pick up your transcript, you must fill out the 成绩单申请表格 and email it to [email protected] or fax it to 309-298-2787 with the details regarding who will be picking up your transcript. Instruct your friend/family member to bring their own photo ID with them when they arrive or the transcript will not be released. 如果你有负担，你的成绩单可能不会被释放。
