报销和支付校外教学经费差旅费指南

A 旅游安排表格（PDF） must be completed prior to any travel for which expenses and/or instructional stipends are to be paid. 如未能提交旅行安排表格，可能会被拒付旅费及/或津贴。

Reimbursement for off-校园 instruction for advising purposes, departmental meetings, and/or individual meetings with students will 不 be paid. 教师旅费报销/付款只允许在校外正式安排的上课时间。

教授混合赌球app的教师在官方安排的上课时间通勤到校外上课，可能会收到此类旅行费用的付款/报销。注意：必须提交旅行安排表格，并注明旅行日期。

Funds/payments will 不 be provided to faculty who wish to have face-to-face meetings with students in their video conference classes.

在旅行安排表格上注明是使用学校车辆还是个人车辆，以及是否要求报销里程。 Mileage is calculated from the faculty member’s 回家校园 to the course location. 有意使用私家车的司机，必须持有最新的网上车辆证明文件，并向赌球app商务服务部存档。登录赌球appP网站，在显示框中输入“VINC”，阅读认证信息，点击“同意”即可。未能完成认证将延迟里程报销。

打算使用大学车辆的教职员工可以在[email protected]与Lissa Cullen协商后，由其工作部门提出车辆请求。车辆申请表的副本将被发送给教员。在申请车辆之前，必须提交旅行安排表格。如果行程被取消，请尽快联系运输服务部（309）298-1100或给Lissa Cullen发电子邮件[email protected]。未取消预订需收费。

住宿

如果预定的上课时间超过一天，住宿费用将根据伊利诺伊州的费率从校外教学基金中报销。

住宿 expenses can be paid for the evening before an 8 a.m. class 只有 if a faculty member’s 家校园 is more than 120 miles from the class location.

申请差旅费报销的教职员工应将所有必要信息（旅行收据、日期和时间等）提交给其工作部门办公室经理，由其填写旅行凭证。账号可以从Lissa Cullen处获取，财务代理行留空。填妥的旅行代金券应通过电子邮件发送至[email protected]，由财务代理审批和签署。

Note: Department Chairs, Directors, adjunct faculty members, and retirees are 不合格的 for the off-校园 instruction stipend as they are 不 members of the Bargaining Unit.

Off-校园 instruction stipends are 没有付款 to faculty who travel for internship and or/student teaching supervision, face-to-face meeting times with students in a video conference class, advising, departmental meetings, etc.
