Subsection: K. 特别费用及收费

1. 特殊费用
   Special fees are defined as all fees other than mandatory fees and include the following:
   1. 食宿费
   2. 逾期注册和/或逾期付款
   3. 成绩单费用
   4. 取向的费用
   5. 毕业所需的其他费用。
   Board approval shall be required to establish or change the amount of any special fee.
2. 指控
   Approval of the President or designee is required to establish or change the amount of charges; 此类收费的例子包括：

   3. 末考试
   4. 重复的时间表

3. 弃权和退款
   Special fees may be waived or refunded in accordance with Board 规定 or by specific approval of the Board. 指控 may be waived or refunded in accordance with University policy or by specific approval of the President.
